These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FastFitCV platform ("Service", "we", "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Description of Service
FastFitCV provides AI-powered resume optimization and formatting tools. Our services include:
- • Resume ATS optimization tailored to specific job descriptions
- • AI-rewritten resume bullet points in STAR format
- • Keyword injection and ATS score improvement
- • Cover letter drafts and skill gap analysis (Full Optimization plan)
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals seeking to improve their job application materials.
2. Pricing and Payment
We offer one-time payment services. Current pricing:
Quick ATS Fix — S$4.90 (one-time)
Includes AI keyword optimization, ATS formatting, and 1 resume optimization.
Full Optimization — S$9.90 (one-time)
Includes 5 optimizations, AI-rewritten bullets, cover letter draft, skill gap insights, and priority processing.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect completed purchases.
3. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes
FastFitCV is a resume improvement tool. We do not guarantee:
- • Job offers, interviews, or any specific hiring outcome
- • That your resume will pass all ATS systems (each employer's system differs)
- • Any particular result from using our AI-generated suggestions
Our service improves the quality and ATS-compatibility of your resume content. Employment outcomes depend on many factors beyond resume formatting, including experience, market conditions, and employer preferences.
4. User Responsibilities
By using FastFitCV, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate and truthful information in your resume content
- • Take responsibility for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated suggestions before use
- • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information to employers
- • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform or its AI tools
You are solely responsible for the final content of any resume or application document you submit to employers.
5. Refund Policy
Because our services are delivered digitally and processing begins immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the service has been delivered.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure on our part that prevented service delivery. To request a review, contact support@fastfitcv.com within 7 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain full ownership of your resume content and any personal information you upload. By using the platform, you grant FastFitCV a limited, temporary licence to process your content for the sole purpose of delivering the requested service.
Our platform: FastFitCV owns all rights to the platform, its tools, AI prompts, user interface, and underlying technology. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise any part of our platform without written permission.
AI-generated suggestions and optimized resume output delivered to you may be used freely for your personal job application purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The FastFitCV platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for all purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, FastFitCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost job opportunities or career outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
8. Termination and Access Restriction
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the platform at our discretion, including in cases of:
- • Misuse or abuse of the platform or its AI tools
- • Submission of harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content
- • Attempts to circumvent payment or access controls
9. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Personal data is retained for up to 3 months and then permanently deleted.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
