This Privacy Policy describes how FastFitCV ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data you provide when using our platform. We are committed to complying with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

FastFitCV is an AI-powered resume optimization platform operated in Singapore. Our platform helps job seekers improve and tailor their resumes for ATS compatibility.

2. Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services:
- •Resume content: Text you upload or paste into the platform for optimization. This may include your work history, skills, education, and contact details.
- •Email address: Only if you choose to provide it (e.g. for payment confirmation or support enquiries).
- •Payment information: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store, see, or have access to your card details at any time. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
- •Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and features used. This data does not identify you personally.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data solely to:
- • Process and optimize your resume using AI
- • Deliver the services you have purchased
- • Respond to support or service requests
- • Improve the quality and performance of our platform
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data (including uploaded resume content and email address) for a maximum of 3 months from the date of submission.
After 3 months, your personal data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. You may also request earlier deletion — see Section 7 (Your Rights).
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
Stripe (Payment Processing)
All payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure servers and are never transmitted to or stored by FastFitCV. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
AI Processing
Resume content is sent to AI model providers for processing. This data is used solely for generating your resume output and is not used to train AI models with your personal data.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We may use minimal cookies or local storage to maintain your session and remember your progress within the platform. We use basic analytics to understand how the platform is being used. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.
7. Your Rights Under PDPA
Under the Singapore PDPA, you have the right to:

- •Correct any inaccurate personal data
- •Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time

8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. This includes secure data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and limited data retention.
While we take data security seriously, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use the platform responsibly and avoid including sensitive personal data (e.g. NRIC, passport numbers) in your resume uploads.
9. Children
Our platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
